Thousands of new trees for Norbury Park in Leatherhead

Surrey Wildlife Trust is planting more than 2,000 trees in Norbury Park near Leatherhead
Volunteers are being invited to help plant more than 2,000 trees at a Surrey beauty spot.
Surrey Wildlife Trust (SWT) has bought the ash, cherry and maple trees to plant in woodland in Norbury Park.
The park is located in the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which SWT has leased for eight years from the county council.
The trust's countryside manger, Graham Manning, said the extra trees would improve the habitat for wildlife.
The tree planting session is taking place from 10:00 to 15:00 GMT.
