Plans for a multi-million pound redevelopment of Guildford railway station in Surrey have gone on display.
A hotel, public square and business and shopping areas are among suggestions being considered for the brownfield land around Guildford station.
Solum Regeneration, a joint venture between Network Rail and Kier Property, is behind the scheme.
The exhibition is open to the public on Friday and Saturday at the Friary Centre in Guildford.
Improvements to facilities on the platforms and better pedestrian links from the station to other parts of the town also form part of the plans.
The joint venture is planning to invest £140m in the project which it said will create hundreds of jobs.
Edward Pearce from Solum, said: "We are still at an early stage in the process of working up our ideas and we don't have a detailed plan at present.
"We have not finalised our ideas on the emerging masterplan for the site, so this is a real opportunity for people to have their say."
