Projects which help the growth of jobs, rural business and communities in Surrey are being handed £1.2m worth of funding.
Charity groups and businesses in Guildford, Tandridge and Waverley can apply for grants from Surrey County Council (SCC) of up to £50,000.
The aim is to focus the funds on growth in areas such as food and drink, farm diversification and community cafes.
The money comes from the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
The Rural Property Funding will be provided by SCC via local councils in Tandridge, Guildford and Waverley.
Marisa Heath, cabinet member for environment at SCC, said: "I'm delighted that we're able to deliver this funding on behalf of the district and borough councils in these areas, which will benefit small businesses, charities, and community groups, helping to create jobs and grow our rural economy.
"We're looking forward to supporting a range of projects and programmes that will enhance productivity and our rural communities."
Groups can apply for the funding to cover up to 50% of their costs for the projects.
Applications can be made on the authority's website.
