Punk legend Feargal Sharkey to open Sussex music studio

Punk rock singer Feargal Sharkey is set to unveil new music facilities for young people in Hastings.
The former Undertones frontman is due to open the Hollington Music Rehearsal Space at Hollington Youth Centre.
The new facilities in Wishing Tree Road North include two rehearsal rooms and a large selection of musical instruments.
The project is funded by the government and supported by East Sussex County Council and Hastings Borough Council.
Through additional funding from children's charity Youth Music, it will offer activities to help develop young people's music skills.
Councillor Meg Stroude, the county council's lead member for children and families, said: "Music can play a really positive role in developing young people and their communities."
Sharkey is the chief executive of UK Music, an umbrella group representing the commercial music industry.
