Travellers camping in a Brighton park face being evicted after a council won a court action.
About 30 caravans have been at the Greenleas Recreation Ground in Hangleton for about a week.
Brighton and Hove Council said the travellers would be evicted on Tuesday.
A traveller staying at the park said: "Until they can start building us a permanent place where we can stay it's going to be like this."
Brighton and Hove Conservative councillor Dawn Barnett said: "We have found another area for a site, but unfortunately it was unsuitable as it was contaminated."
