Worthing considers 20mph speed limit introduction

Residents living in Worthing have been asked whether they wish to see a 20mph speed limit in the town.

West Sussex County Council said it had sent a letter to all households asking them to reply either "yes" or "no".

The proposed limit would only affect residential streets.

Paul High, from the council, said: "We must decide if more time and money should be committed towards investigating a 20mph limit in greater detail."
