Don Lock stabbing: Murder trial date set for accused

A trial date has been set for a man accused of murdering a pensioner who was stabbed to death after a car crash.
Don Lock, 79, was fatally stabbed on the A24 in Findon in West Sussex after his car collided with another vehicle on 16 July.
Matthew Daley, 34, of St Elmo Road, Worthing, appeared via video-link at the Old Bailey in central London.
He is due in court again in October. A provisional trial date has been set for 16 November at Lewes Crown Court.
Mr Daley is also accused of possessing a knife in a public place.
Cycling enthusiast Mr Lock had recently celebrated his 55th wedding anniversary with his wife Maureen and had also been given the all-clear from cancer.
