Joseph Eubank appears in court charged with Brighton rape

A man has appeared in court charged with raping a girl near Brighton Palace Pier in East Sussex.
The alleged incident happened on the evening of 16 July 2022, close to the seaside attraction, Sussex Police said.
Joseph Eubank, 27, of Hill Drive, Hove, was arrested and later charged with two counts of rape of a woman over the age of 16.
Appearing at Brighton Magistrates' Court, Mr Eubank spoke to confirm his name and address.
He will next appear for a plea hearing at Lewes Crown Court in February.
