A man accused of raping a girl near Brighton Palace Pier will face a Crown court trial.

It comes after a girl under 18 reported an attack near the seaside attraction on the evening of 16 July 2022.

Mr Eubank pleaded not guilty to both charges at Lewes Crown Court, where a trial date was set for 23 September. His conditional bail will continue.
