Help needed with Hartlepool planning blueprint

A Teesside council is drawing up a 15-year planning blueprint which includes new homes.

Hartlepool Council wants to build houses in the south and south west of the town and a new road off the A689.

It is also considering building executive homes at Tunstall and Quarry Farms and improving and expanding the town's open, green spaces.

Council chiefs want Hartlepool Council to have their say on how they think the town should develop.

A spokesman for the council said: "We are currently developing a new planning blueprint which will lay down the main planning framework for the borough for the next 15 years.

"It will include details of how Hartlepool is expected to develop, what kind of changes will be needed to make this happen and how they will be brought about, so it matters to everyone who lives or works in the town."
