More than £250,000 is to be spent replacing pipes in an area of Teesside in a bid to improve water quality.
Northumbrian Water is replacing 170 metres of pipe in Aislaby Road, Eaglescliffe, because the existing network is no longer "reliable".
Traffic restrictions will be in place near Yarm School at times as there will be large delivery vehicles on site, project manager Peter Trees said.
Work begins on Monday and will take two months to complete.
