Man found dead in Crook street by woman

The man was found on Flanders Way in Crook, County Durham
A man has been found dead on a residential street by a passer by, police have said.
A woman found him on Flanders Way in Crook at about 06:50 this morning, said Durham Police.
The man, believed to be in his 30s or 40s, was pronounced dead by paramedics.
The force said they were treating the death as unexplained and a post-mortem examination would be carried out later. The man has not yet been formally identified.
