Kylie Minogue 'proud' of cervical cancer campaigner Wendy Clarke
Pop star Kylie Minogue has said she is "proud" of a woman who has been raising awareness of cervical cancer.
Mother-of-two Wendy Clarke, who has terminal cancer, and Kylie spoke for a BBC local radio Christmas special.
The pop star, who has had cancer herself, thanked Wendy for her "acts of bravery and selflessness".
Wendy, from Fairfield, Stockton, said speaking to the singer was an "honour" and "mind blowing".
