Spennymoor-Darlington derby: Four arrests and firework thrown

Four people have been arrested following clashes at Saturday's National League North derby match in Spennymoor.
Trouble flared after the match between Spennymoor Town and Darlington, which the hosts won 2-1.
Darlington described the throwing of a firework among fans at The Brewery Field as "dangerous and criminal".
After a similar incident at Scunthorpe last week, the club said it was facing a "heavy fine."
In a Facebook post, Spennymoor and Ferryhill Police, said: "We are already reviewing several recordings of the incident as well as drone footage and BodyWorn video, with a view to identifying individuals involved in this disorder.
"At this time there have been four arrests made in connection with the disturbance."
'Warning clearly ignored'
A statement on Darlington's website said the use of a firework had been reported to the FA by the match referee.
"Before Saturday's game at The Brewery Field, we reinforced our usual warning about behaviour on various club platforms, and clearly this was ignored by the people concerned," the statement added.
"Two similar incidents in four days does not reflect well upon the club, and the FA is sure to take that into consideration."
It added that the club it was likely to be "heavily fined" and could be forced to play future matches behind closed doors or have points deducted.
"Whatever the punishment, it will affect our resources at a key stage of the season, and reflects badly upon the club," the club added.
