Swindon car parks and leisure centre strikes suspended

Strikes by workers at car parks and leisure centres in Swindon have been suspended after the council revised its offer over weekend and overnight pay.
Union members from Unison have been involved in industrial action since 25 September after Swindon Borough Council changed the payments in July.
The weekly strikes have now been called off while union members consider the proposals.
The outcome of the new deal is not expected until the end of February.
