Three men have been jailed for breaking into a house in Swindon and attacking a woman with a Taser and dog chain.
Owen Bygraves, 41, of Royal Wootton Bassett and Lewis Hicks, 31, and Samuel Kofi Ackah, 33, from Swindon were convicted at Swindon Crown Court.
The men were found guilty of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm after the incident in Kirkstall Close, Toothill, on June 20 last year.
Wiltshire Police said the attack was "prolonged, unprovoked and vicious".
Bygraves was jailed for seven years, Hicks to eight years and Ackah was jailed for 10 years.
A Wiltshire Police spokeswoman said she hoped the sentence imposed by the court would send out a "clear message" that violence of any sort would not be tolerated.
