Police are investigating an assault after a man was attacked and left with facial injuries.

Between approximately 22:00 and 23:30 BST on 31 March, a man in his 40s was assaulted on the corner of Manchester Road and Gladstone Street in Swindon.

Four men aged between 20 and 44 have been arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

One man has been released with no further action, while the other three have been released on conditional bail.

Inquiries are ongoing and Wiltshire Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
