River searches for a man who went missing following a night out have resumed.
Rory Johnson-Hatfield, 29, from Skipton, North Yorkshire, was last seen in the early hours of Friday in York.
Searches of the River Ouse were halted on Tuesday because of safety fears due to poor weather conditions and high river levels.
North Yorkshire Police said it was continuing to review CCTV footage in addition to the river searches.
Mr Johnson, who is described as being white, of slim build, with short, blonde hair, had been at the The Postern Gate Wetherspoon pub with a friend at 23:30 GMT on Thursday.
They returned to the York Central Travelodge, on Piccadilly, but Mr Johnson left and went to a pub with a fellow hotel guest.
He did not return to the hotel and failed to arrive at work in Skipton on Friday evening.
Police believe Mr Johnson could have got into difficulty whilst walking near the river when returning to his hotel.
