York Kuda nightclub: Man sought by police over alleged hate crime

Police have released a CCTV image of a man they want to trace in connection with a suspected hate crime in York.
The incident allegedly took place at Kuda nightclub in Clifford Street between 01:00 GMT and 01:45 GMT on 16 December, North Yorkshire Police said.
The victim, a 24-year-old man, suffered a split lip and was taken by friends to York District Hospital, where he was treated and discharged.
He reported that he believed the assault related to his sexuality.
