Single car parking space in York on market for £20k

A single parking space in the centre of York has gone on the market priced at £20,000.
The space on Bootham Row, close to BBC Radio York, is opposite the public car park, where charges begin at £3.10 for one hour's parking.
It is shaded on two sides by a brick wall and includes its own lockable protective bollard.
Estate agents Savills said the space also required an annual service charge of £360.
Savills state the property is a leasehold, but the listing on its website does not confirm when the lease expires.
