Hawes: Motorcyclist, 54, dies in Yorkshire Dales crash

A 54-year-old motorcyclist has died, following a crash with a car in the Yorkshire Dales.
The collision happened on the B6265, just outside Hawes, at around 14:40 BST on Sunday.
It involved a blue Renault Capture car, which was travelling towards Ribblehead, and a black Triumph Speed Triple motorcycle going in the opposite direction.
The motorcyclist, from York, was pronounced dead at the scene.
North Yorkshire Police said the driver of the car was assisting with the investigation but appealed for any witnesses to come forward.
