Ulster Unionist MLA Robert Coulter to retire

The Ulster Unionist MLA Robert Coulter is to retire from the Northern Ireland Assembly.
Mr Coulter, who is in his 80s, has not put his name forward for selection in North Antrim.
He is currently the second oldest member of the Assembly after Ian Paisley.
The two candidates now vying for selection are Robin Swann and Councillor Bill Kennedy who is also the mayor of Ballymoney.
