Former pop star Shakin' Stevens is due to appeal his conviction for assaulting a photographer later.
The 61-year-old was convicted in January this year of smashing the lens of the photographer's camera during a concert at a hotel in Ballymena.
The singer, whose real name is Michael Barrett, was fined £300 and ordered to pay £479 to the photographer.
The appeal is scheduled to be heard at Antrim court.
