Taxi driver denies smoking in cab

A Londonderry taxi driver charged with smoking in his cab has had the case against him adjourned after he claimed he was using an electronic smoke inhaler.
Adrian McKeever, from Ard Grange, was reported by tobacco control officers in March.
He demonstrated the device to a solicitor and an environmental health officer outside Londonderry Magistrates Court on Thursday.
The case was adjourned.
