Herdman's Mill put up for sale for £10m

Herdman's Mill was empty went it went on fire in July 2011

A historic mill in Sion Mills has been put up for sale for £10m.

The former Herdman's Mill is a listed building which was owned by the Herdman family for over 170 years.

The mill ceased spinning linen in 2004 and the company which owned the mill went into receivership in 2011.

Last year, a major fire caused extensive damage to the building.
