The InShops centre in Belfast's High Street has closed its doors for the final time today.
Owners of the Hi Park Centre announced the 25 shop units would close back in April.
Around 60 people worked at the complex which was home to a number of independent shops.
The shopping centre was opened in 1986 and is owned by the French company Group Geraud.
Since the centre opened it's been offering customers independent shops and stores of all kinds from watch makers and tatooists to printers and chinese herbalists.
Stephen Seenan who set up his printing shop six months after the centre opened said "It's a lot of peoples livelihoods and they don't have that anymore.
"They have no other option, they just have to close up and clear out.
"It's really really sad."
