Donald Trump has been elected the 45th President of the United States
Politicians across Northern Ireland have been expressing their reactions to Donald Trump's election in the United States presidential election.
Flocking to twitter, figures across the political spectrum sent their congratulations to the Republican president-elect, with some expressing their shock at the election result.
Here is a snap-shot of their reactions.

First Minister Arlene Foster, DUP
"I congratulate Donald Trump on his historic election as the 45th President of the United States of America.
"We are a small region but we are fortunate to have strong historical, economic and political ties to the United States.
