A 78-year-old man has died following a collision on the Glebe Road at Annahilt near Hillsborough. County Down.

The pedestrian was struck by a car at about 20.25 GMT on Tuesday.

The Glebe Road was closed in both directions overnight at its junction with the Ballykeel Road, but has now reopened.

The PSNI are appealing for witnesses to the collision.
