Colleen McMurray: Police 'could not have prevented' murder

Ombudsman Marie Anderson says police could not have prevented the IRA murder of Colleen McMurray.

The police officer was killed in a mortar attack in Newry in 1992.

However, the ombudsman also says that RUC Special Branch failed to disseminate intelligence information to investigating officers.
