Londonderry: Man seriously injured in Beechwood Crescent attack

The man was reportedly assaulted by a number of other men in the early hours of Sunday
A man in his 50s has sustained serious injuries following an assault in Londonderry on Sunday.
It happened in the Beechwood Crescent area of the city and was reported to police shortly before 02:30 BST on Sunday.
The man, who was reportedly attacked by a number of men, was taken to hospital.
Det Sgt Gardiner has appealed to anyone with information or video footage to contact the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI).
