Downpatrick: Man in 20s attacked with glass bottle in bar

A man in his 20s has been struck with a glass bottle in a bar in Downpatrick, County Down.
It happened in the Church Street area in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) said it received a report just after 01:45 BST that a man had been assaulted with a glass bottle by an unknown man. The victim was taken to hospital.
Sgt Boyle appealed for anyone with information to contact police.
