Homeless in NI: 'I'm rock bottom, the way I can go is up'

A new initiative to help people who are homeless and have complex needs due to the use of drugs and alcohol has been set up in Belfast city centre.

The Complex Lives project helps the most vulnerable get access to housing, addiction support, mental health support and healthcare.

One user of the service spoke to BBC NI about the reality of living on the streets.
