Apprenticeships: Young mechanic urges more girls to take up a trade
The number of people in Northern Ireland who are choosing to do apprenticeships has started to rise again after a fall during the Covid pandemic.
But many more men than women are deciding to earn while they learn through apprenticeships.
Motor mechanic trainee Lauren Boyle tells BBC News NI that she wants to inspire girls to take up a trade through an apprenticeship.
