A second man has appeared in court charged with the murder of 23-year-old Odhrán Kelly in Lurgan last weekend.

Mr Kelly's body was found beside a burning car in Maple Court, close to Edward Street on 3 December.

During Monday's hearing, a detective told the court he was aware of the facts and circumstances of the case and could connect Mr Harte to the charge.

No bail application was made.

Last week, 31-year-old Gary Damien Scullion, from Edward street in Lurgan, was charged with murder.

They are accused of helping to dispose of Mr Kelly's body.

Mr Harte and Mr Scullion are scheduled to appear in court again on 5 January.
