Cloghoge: Woman taken to hospital with serious injuries after crash

The two-vehicle crash happened on the Forkhill Road area in Cloghoge on Thursday

A woman has been taken to hospital for serious injuries after a two-vehicle crash in County Armagh.

A red Seat Leon and a black Volkswagen Polo collided near the Forkhill Road in Cloghoge near Newry at about 12:55 on Thursday afternoon.

Another woman and two men also attended hospital after the crash close to the junction of the Low Road and Ayallogue Road crossroads.

The road, which was closed for some time, has since reopened.

Police have appealed for anyone with information or dashcam footage to contact them.
