Rachel Johnson on Conservative need for 'woman appeal'

The editor of the The Lady magazine reckoned women find politicians "arrogant, over-privileged and out-of-touch", and the coalition government risks losing them as voters.

Rachel Johnson - whose brother Boris is mayor of London - explained women want action on the NHS, student fees, inflation and Europe as she offered advice to the prime minister on how to win back women voters.

The airing of the film was followed by a debate with Michael Portillo, John Prescott and Andrew Neil.
