Young people and the skills they need for the work place

The "Pret Effect" term came after London Mayor Boris Johnson wondered aloud why there were never any British people working for the sandwich chain.

Adam Fleming investigated what skills young people need and whether they're being taught them when he spoke to Gerwyn Davies of the CIPD and Jez Langhorn from McDonalds. He also got the thoughts of new recruits from the hamburger chain.
