Tory blogger Tim Montgomerie questions coalition NHS plans
Conservative blogger Tim Montgomerie claimed he could not find a senior Tory MP who thought coalition plans to reform the NHS in England had been handled well.
He called for the plan to be "emasculated" and wrote on the ConservativeHome site, external after three cabinet ministers contacted him with their concerns.
Ministers have made concessions to head off a rebellion by Lib Dem peers as the debate continues over which health bodies back the changes.
