Mark Prisk on economic recovery outside London
Business and Enterprise Minister Mark Prisk rejected claims that growth had been patchy across the UK and said there were positive signs outside London.
He said there were "great opportunities" away from the south east of the UK, including parts of Merseyside, north-east England and Northern Ireland.
Jo Coburn also asked him about regional pay levels - and comparing salaries in the private and public sectors.
