Local elections: English district and unitary councils

Many areas of England have local elections this Thursday - and there could be a third, a half or all seats up for grabs.

Adam Fleming reports from Hampshire where he spoke to Dr Paul McVeigh from Portsmouth University and voters who were unsure about telling a county council from a unitary authority and how many seats were being contested.
