Free speech campaign on Public Order Act and insults
Free speech campaigners are calling on the government to change a law which bans "insulting words and behaviour" claiming the Public Order Act is over-used.
It has led to people being put in a cell for barking at a dog and calling a horse gay. Adam Fleming lets the four-letter words flow, and spoke to Keith Porteous Wood from the National Secular Society.
