Election 2015: George Galloway on Respect in TV debates
Broadcasters cannot justify including Welsh and Scottish nationalists, but not Respect or the Northern Ireland parties, in the TV election debates, says George Galloway.
The Respect Party leader said he had been elected to Westminster six times and, until the by-elections at the end of 2014, his party had more MPs than UKIP.
He told Andrew Neil on the Daily Politics that his party has 25 candidates lined up for the 2015 election, and he hoped to have more.
The Bradford West MP said the latest plans by broadcasters, with up to seven parties, was "neither logical or rational and won't stand up to any court examination".
