John McDonnell: We have to scenario-plan so people know we're ready
Shadow chancellor John McDonnell has said Labour needs to scenario-plan for a run on the pound if they get into power. He told a fringe meeting at the Labour conference that he did not think it would happen by people needed to know they had a plan to react to it if it did happen.
