MP Vicky Ford fights back tears in consumer safety speech

Conservative MP Vicky Ford fought back tears as she referred to the death of her father in an electrical accident.

In an emotional passage of her Westminster Hall speech about consumer safety standards, Ms Ford warned against changes to the regime as a result of Brexit.
