Tory MP: Johnson 'governing via fear'

Former minister Jake Berry has said Boris Johnson's administration is "governing via fear" over coronavirus.

The Conservative MP said he was "really keen" to see the government show the public routes out of lockdowns.

He added that the government needed to "inject hope again".
