Deputy Speaker stops MP Scott Mann sounding 'like a Dalek'

House of Commons Deputy Speaker Nigel Evans had to intervene to prevent Conservative MP Scott Mann embarrassing himself by sounding "like a Dalek" via video link.

The next speaker, Labour's Barry Gardiner, also had issues when his audio didn't appear to work for the first few seconds of his speech.
