Batley and Spen: Sir Keir Starmer hails 'fantastic victory'
Party leader Sir Keir Starmer has praised newly-elected MP Kim Leadbeater's Labour win, in the Batley and Spen by-election.
Ms Leadbeater defeated her Conservative rival by 323 votes, and will now represent the seat previously held by her sister Jo Cox, who was murdered there in 2016.
