National Insurance: The prime minister refuses to rule out more tax rises

Prime Minister Boris Johnson has refused to rule out further tax rises.

Mr Johnson defended his government's recent decision to raise National Insurance contributions, telling Andrew Marr that while he is a "fierce opponent" of unnecessary tax rises, the pandemic had forced difficult decisions.
