Labour: Miliband on government heat pump grant for gas boilers
Government plans to replace boilers with heat pumps are "way short even of their targets" the shadow climate change secretary has said.
Ed Miliband branded the scheme for 90,000 pumps over three years in England and Wales as "too little, too late and wholly inadequate"
He added that investing now would be "the prudent sensible choice".
