Sir Keir Starmer: NI rise wrong tax at the wrong time

Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer says the government has put up 15 taxes in the past year.

He says the "human cost" is that local, small firms are now no longer hiring workers because of increased taxes and energy price rises.
